Hi — I’m Sophie. I’ve lived alongside dogs my whole life, and they’ve shaped me into someone more patient, more present, and always a little more joyful.

Adopting a reactive dog deepened my understanding of canine communication. I pay close attention to subtle body language, early stress signals, and when a dog needs space versus when they’re ready to be brave. That awareness shapes everything I do at Coastal Wedding Paws.

I’m committed to ongoing professional development in animal behavior and I’m pet first aid certified. Outside of work, you’ll find me out in Vancouver’s parks and trails — or planning the next trip.
